Common questions

Can I upgrade or change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Basic or Pro at any time through the Subscription screen in the app, or by contacting us directly at hello@tenovahub.com.
Is there a trial period for paid plans?
Yes. The Pro plan includes a trial period so you can explore all features before committing. Trial status and limits are managed server-side through your account.
Does Tenova work offline?
The mobile app supports offline access on Basic and Pro plans. All changes sync automatically when your connection is restored.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. Use the JSON backup export in Settings to download everything before cancelling. Data is retained securely for 90 days after cancellation.
Can I use Tenova on web and mobile?
Yes. The web app is available at app.tenovahub.com and the mobile app is on Google Play. Both are included with Basic and Pro plans.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from Settings inside the app, or submit a request at tenovahub.com/delete-account.html. Requests are processed within 30 days.
